During the period from 2019 to 2022, I evolved within the training center of AS Monaco, in France. Renowned as one of the best training centers in Europe, this experience allowed me to rub shoulders with numerous talented players and to live unique experiences, both professionally and personally. This immersion not only forged a solid expertise in football but also helped me mature as a man, facing challenges with determination to achieve my goals.
During this time, I experienced extraordinary moments, but also difficult trials. For instance, winning the U19 National Championship of the Southeast Conference during the 2021-2022 season, while experiencing a defeat in the conference final after beating PSG in the semi-finals. Similarly, leading the U17 National Championship halfway through the season only to see the competition suspended for six months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, confronted me with unexpected challenges.
I am deeply grateful to AS Monaco for the valuable lessons I have drawn from this experience and for helping me become the man I am today.
Between 2017 and 2019, I had the opportunity to join the "Pôle Espoir" of Aix-en-Provence. This journey represents intense competition bringing together players from the southeastern region, with only 18 of them selected to join a pre-training environment similar to that of a training center. I was only 13 years old when I left the family nest for this adventure. This stage, much like my experience at AS Monaco, was fundamental both in terms of sports and personal growth.
Leaving my parents at such a young age was a tough challenge, but I never considered giving up. From a young age, I already had a clear vision of my goals, knowing that nothing could stop me. For two years, I evolved alongside very high-level players, considered then as the top 18 in the region. This period was probably the most demanding of my life, but I am grateful for having had this opportunity because every challenge I faced allowed me to learn and grow, not only in sports but also as a person.
I will never forget the valuable lessons I learned from this experience; they played a crucial role in my mental and personal development, laying solid foundations for the rest of my journey.
